Sadly, this will affect all us at some point during our lifetime. It is our pleasure to serve our Members throughout their lifetime and enable them to save regularly and borrow affordably when they need to.
If a relative or friend of yours has died and you know (or think) they were a Member of DCBank, then do please contact us.
We will require a copy of the death certificate and contact details of the executor if applicable.
Our Members have the option to nominate a beneficiary, this means that up to £5,000 of their savings may be paid to their nominated person (usually partner, child or other close relative). This is at our discretion, and may be paid to the estate.
Any outstanding loan balances will be settled from the Member’s savings.
