Proving Your Identity

When processing your membership, we may ask you to provide additional proof of your ID and address.

To complete your membership, please provide the following documents

1. Proof of Identity

We’ve partnered with Yoti for a quick and secure ID verification process. You’ll need a valid photo ID and your camera for a liveness check.
Accepted forms of ID:
• Passport
• Full UK Driving Licence (or Blue Disabled Driver’s Pass)
• EU Member State ID Card
• Biometric Residence Permit (BRP)
How to verify your identity with Yoti:
1. Click the Yoti link we’ll provide.
2. Upload a clear photo of your ID.
3. Take a quick selfie for the liveness check.

2. Proof of Address

To confirm your address, provide one of the following documents:
• Utility bill (e.g., gas, electricity, or broadband) dated within the last 3 months
• Bank, building society, or credit card statement dated within the last 3 months
• Private tenancy agreement dated within the last 3 months
• Official letter from a UK solicitor or Benefits Agency dated within the last 3 months
• Council tax bill or water bill dated within the last 12 months
• Full UK Driving Licence (if not used as proof of ID)

3. Proof of National Insurance Number

Please provide one of the following documents:
• Payslip
• Benefits letter
• National Insurance card
• Or find your National Insurance number www.gov.uk/find-national-insurance-number
